Captain Art moved to Florida in August 1993 and has fished and dived these waters non-stop. He has made hundreds of dives off the Florida coast and discovered numerous uncharted fish and lobster havens. If the fish aren’t biting, Captain Art will go down and fix the problem. After retiring from the Air Force in June 2003, he now focuses on fishing and diving.
