My husband and I went out with Ted on his lovely and comfortable boat, Reel Thrills Too, and man did we had a blast! We sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the ride! a year agoTed was truly a gentleman and a pleasure to meet. We booked a sunset cruise. It was beautiful! From my initial request (prior to the reservation), Ted was very helpful, accommodating and understanding. He was also kind enough to make the extra effort the day of our trip to confirm the appointment. He has great knowledge of this area and many historical facts to share. 3 years agoCaptain Ted knows where the fish are. We spent a morning with Ted and our teenagers fishing for Striped Bass, and pulled in a total 34 fish. We even hooked a Sturgeon or similar that we couldn’t wrangle back to the boat after 15 minutes of wearing us down. Ted knows the waterways and the history of the Essex area. It was great for all of us to get a history lesson while heading down the river to the ocean. I would recommend captain Ted for an action packed trip.
