Four custom-built boats are built for the extreme fishing experiences of Venice, LA. They all have the latest fish finding and navigation equipment and can comfortably accommodate six anglers. They have powerful engines, which are essential to quickly get you to the fishing grounds, just 25 miles offshore. This means more time reeling in huge fish.

Venice Lousiana is known for year-round Tuna fishing. The town is nicknamed for this fish, but Tuna is not the only fish swimming in these waters. During your trips with Paradise Outfitters, you will also find giant Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and Blue Marlin. Fishing near the oil rigs that dot the shore can be very productive, bringing in Red Snapper and Grouper. You can also go to the deep blue for daytime Swordfish fishing.

Each of the Captains is knowledgeable and has proven techniques for putting you on the fish and reeling in the big ones. Various fishing techniques like trolling, chunking, live baiting, vertical jigging, wreck fishing, deep-dropping stand-up tackle and kite fishing are just a few techniques the team at Paradise Outfitters may leverage to put their customers on massive fish.

Many of the charters available are specifically designed for Tuna, Marlin, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, Snapper and Grouper, depending on which one or ones you want to target during your day on the water. There are also trips to the Midnight Lump, one of the best Tuna fishing destinations in the world. And for the very adventurous, Paradise Outfitters offers overnight Tuna trips.

While most everything is included in your trip, including fuel, Paradise Outfitters recommends you bring comfortable clothing, deck or athletic shoes, rainwear, hand towels, a hat, buff, and polarized sunglasses. Also, you should bring a camera or video recorder for memorable pictures and an ice chest for the fish you take home.

A valid fishing license is required in Louisiana, so make sure you plan ahead and buy one.
