2 months agoI have been a customer at Haulover Marina for many years and I am grateful to have had a very good experience! This marina is ideally situated near the Haulover inlet, is close to a marine fuel station, and is also near many sandbars and islands. There is plenty of parking, the gift shop is stocked with amazing items, the bathrooms and showers are clean, the boats are well taken care of, the outdoor staff are helpful, and the manager Enrique is just ALWAYS ALWAYS outstanding! I can highly recommend this marina to all!

2 months agoI should have left this review some time ago, but I must say that the best part of this marina is the manager, Enrique. Enrique has always been extremely kind, professional, patient, attentive, helpful and will make the time- regardless of what he is doing- to be gracious and listen. This leader is a problem solver, a people person and that makes a huge difference to us! I must honestly commend Enrique for his excellence in customer care and leadership. I can assure you that here, you will be well taken care of!

6 months agoI'm here to say after keeping my boats in different dry marinas this one has being the most accommodating and professional staff of all the marinas. I want to point out the front desk, forklift operators, managers are very polite and caring about the customers boats like it should be. Thanks Craig H and Enrique Q for making my boating experience a very good one.

10 months agoI have noticed that many people confuse the beach, leaving positive reviews for Halouver Marine Center. However, the two realities are poles apart. I believe the beach is the most beautiful in Miami, but the marina and boat storage are disgraceful in terms of service. It's not enough to build such seemingly luxurious centers if customers and boats are treated like they're in a South Beach hostel. Unfortunately, I kept my jet ski at Halouver Marine Center for four consecutive years, and I am not satisfied with the service and care received. Over these years, I witnessed a change in ownership, increased costs, and the scam of contracts transitioning from monthly to annual without prior notice to the customers, but rather hiding it within the various pages of the contract we were obliged to sign. During this time, the hull of my jet ski received several scratches caused by the elderly person left alone to manage over 300 jet skis. What's worse is that even in cases of serious damage, they don't notify the owner and try to fix it crudely, covering up the scratch, as you can see from the attached photos. Over the years, I have seen worse, like when a guy returning from a ride saw his jet ski flip over and sink after a 5-meter fall and hitting the concrete edge. I'm not disputing the structure where you can keep your boat starting from $3000 per month, but as for the dilapidated structure overlooking the open jet ski storage, there's no other way to describe it. I am glad I brought my jet ski back to a safe place where I can certainly take care of it.

2 months agoI regret to inform you that our experience with the gentleman with a beard at this establishment was highly unpleasant. Not only did he handle arguments poorly, but his demeanor was outright disrespectful. We will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone due to the unprofessional behavior encountered.
