HuntN FL, based in Tampa, Florida, offers guided hunting and fishing charters across the region. With over two decades of experience, they have established themselves as a trusted outfitter, providing tailored adventures for both seasoned hunters and newcomers. Their services include waterfowl and alligator hunting, bowfishing, and various fishing charters, all conducted in diverse environments such as marshes, lakes, and private lands rich in wildlife.

Owned and operated by Captain Jason Dozier, a Florida native with extensive knowledge of the state’s backcountry and inter-coastal waterways, HuntN Fl ensures each trip is both safe and rewarding. Captain Dozier holds a U.S. Coast Guard 50-ton master’s captain license and is dedicated to sharing his passion for the outdoors with others. 

HuntN FL offers a variety of fishing trips. Inshore fishing targets species like redfish, snook, speckled trout, sheepshead, and snapper, making it suitable for families, beginners, and experienced anglers alike. During the peak migration season from May to July, tarpon fishing is available, with fish sizes reaching up to 150 pounds. Summer months are ideal for shark fishing, focusing on species such as blacktip and bonnethead. Offshore excursions pursue grouper, snapper, amberjack, and kingfish, while bowfishing combines archery and fishing, targeting rays and other shallow-water species. Seasonal scalloping trips in Homosassa and lobstering trips in the Florida Keys offer unique snorkeling and harvesting experiences.

For waterfowl enthusiasts, HuntN FL conducts guided duck hunts in the Tampa Bay area from September to January, depending on the species. Hunts utilize custom boats or shoreline setups with waders, targeting species such as bluebills, ringers, black-bellied whistlers, redhead, buffleheads, and mottled ducks. Alligator hunts are offered from August to October, providing a challenging pursuit of one of Florida’s most iconic creatures. The “Cast and Blast Combo” combines a half-day of duck hunting with a half-day of fishing for a full-day adventure.

To ensure a quality experience, HuntN FL employs high-quality boats and gear. The primary vessel is a custom-built 2018 Bonefish 26′ Malvado powered by a 300hp Evinrude outboard, accommodating up to four people and designed for comfort in various conditions. Hunts are conducted using a custom 2022 Excel 1854 boat or from the shoreline with waders when necessary, accommodating up to three people.
