For those looking to fish, the waters of Boston Harbor, the Gulf of Maine, and Cape Cod Bay are known for striped bass, bluefish, haddock, cod, pollock, Atlantic mackerel, flounder, bluefin tuna, and even sharks like porbeagle, thresher, and blue. Captain Riccardo knows the best techniques for each species, including spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, and bottom fishing. Whether it’s a first-time experience or a seasoned angler looking for a challenge, the goal is always the same, tight lines and excitement on deck. Inner harbor tours are also available for those looking to take in the views of the city from the water.

Beyond fishing, Trinacria Cruising offers a chance to take in Boston Harbor, the Gulf of Maine, and Cape Cod Bay from a different perspective. Narrated tours highlight Boston’s landmarks, while island excursions offer opportunities to relax or explore. Private cruises can be arranged for those looking to celebrate a special event, enjoy a cocktail cruise, or take part in a meaningful farewell. Those interested in ash scattering services can choose between attended and unattended options. In accordance with EPA regulations, the Captain and crew will travel three miles offshore to scatter cremated remains, allowing biodegradable items such as flowers, wreaths, notes, or photos on dissolving paper to be included in the tribute. A traditional farewell message can be read, and the customary ringing of eight bells is available upon request. The service is documented with photographs and a certificate of service, including the deceased’s name, date, and GPS coordinates, signed by the Captain. Documentation is also filed with the U.S. EPA.

The vessel, a 35-foot sportfishing boat built by Stamas Yachts, is fully equipped for both fishing and cruising. Outriggers, downriggers, electric fishing reels, and all essential gear ensure that every trip is well-prepared. Comfort is also a priority, with heat, air conditioning, and a toilet on board. The boat accommodates up to six people and provides all necessary rods, reels, tackle, and lures, as well as live bait when needed.
