Changes Restaurant is the destination for fresh seafood in Venice. The kitchen uses only the freshest ingredients to make you a memorable meal. People come to Venice for epic Tuna fishing, but when they return on land, they head to Changes for a relaxing, fun atmosphere and tasty food and drinks.

Venice is a seafood lover’s paradise, and Changes is one of the best places in town for delicious seafood dishes. From their Charbroiled Oysters to Shrimp, Oyster and Fish Po’boy sandwiches to the Seafood Platter. The freshness of the seafood really comes through. There are two more notable seafood menu items that are unique for Changes: the Seafood Fries and the Seafood Potato.

You can start your meal off with a smile. Try one of the popular dishes of the South, Fried Pickles. Or try the Fried Okra or Mushrooms. For something unique, there is the Crawfish Artichoke Dip.

The restaurant’s recipe has classic cajun cooking. The standout of the menu is their seafood gumbo. You can get a cup or a bowl; get the bowl, and you will not regret it. It is heaped with seafood and with flavor.

There are also great sandwiches here at Changes. Try one of the many types of Po’Boys or indulge in the Seafood Quesadilla. And if you are hungry for a pizza, they serve Hunts Brothers Pizza.

And don’t forget breakfast before heading out on your fishing trip or starting your day. They have the classic pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and eggs. And, of course, when you are in the South, there has to be some good old-fashioned biscuits and gravy.

So, if you head to Venice for some great fishing or just to check out the coast, going to Changes Restaurant is a great way to spend a night. Using the freshest ingredients, the chefs prepare fresh seafood in many ways. Join us for a great time with great food.

The best service I have received in a long time! This was our first time experiencing Venice and we are definitely blown away! This restaurant has the kindest staff ! Ms. Suzette was a fantastic waitress and made me feel as if I was a friend of hers for years! Will definitely return and recommend to anyone that heads down this way!

This café is a gem! We had the shrimp on a bun, dressed, with the most unusual French fries I've ever seen. And the seafood balls appetizer was to die for. Yes, you'll need to drive a good ways to enjoy this place, but you'll be about as far south in Louisiana as one can go by car, where the mighty Mississippi River is not bound by levees.

I had to go to the southernmost point- it was a moral imperative! When I got hungry, I stopped at Changes. Michelle greeted me kindly, as soon as I entered, sat me down, and gave me a menu. Then Justine came by to chat. Well, you've never met a nicer, friendlier woman! And then my freshly made, homemade hot shrimp and grits came!! Man o man!! I've never eaten anything so divine in my life! True dat! I gobbled down this huge streaming bowl. I was to die for!! If only I could take the chef home with me... is eat shrimp and grits all day! The shrimp were really large and packed with Flava! O. M. G. mouthwatering delicious!!! What a gem! Justine, you're an angel! I'm coming down again next time I visit my Aunti.

We went on a Tuna fishing trip this weekend and stopped and ate at this place the night before. Service was amazing and the food was great. The staff was so kind. Would definitely eat here again.
