Bahamas Bonefishing
Fishing the flats and shallows of the Bahamas for bonefish is one of the great thrills of the fishing world. With sizes ranging from 2 to 14 pounds, bonefish are pound for pound some of the hardest fighting fish in the world. Expect lots of exciting action while typically practicing catch and release as you target the fun and feisty bonefish. Other typical catches in the Bahamas’ flat and shallows include tarpon, snook, and permit. Bonefishing is great throughout the Bahamas, particularly near Nassau, Paradise Island, Andros, and Eleuthera.
Sparkling tropical water, white sand beaches, colorful reefs, warm and friendly people, and year-round great fishing make the Bahamas one of the world’s great charter fishing destinations.
