Texas Saltwater Adventures has a variety of boats. There are boats for taking you inshore and others for offshore fishing. They are all safe and fully equipped so that you have an exciting day fishing.
You will find Redfish, Trout and Flounder by fishing inshore in the channels, inlets and bays. Head a little farther out, about 20-30 miles from the coast, where you can hook up with Red Snapper and other Snapper varieties, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Tarpon and more. Heading further out towards the oil rigs 40+ miles away and you will be rewarded with giant snapper, Amberjacks, Grouper, Wahoo and Mahi Mahi, Tuna and Sharks. And if you go out to the deep blue, you will find the giant billfish of your dreams; Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Swordfish, along with Tilefish, Mahi, Tuna and Wahoo.
For inshore fishing, a half-day charter may be all you want or need, but to go further offshore, you must think about ¾ day and full-day trips to reach the oil rigs. And to go after the monster, you will need at least an extended day trip, but overnight and multiple-day charters are available.
The Texas Saltwater Adventures guides use many techniques, including drifting natural bait, jigging or bottom fishing in the reefs and wrecks and trolling offshore.
All rods, reels and bait are included, only thing fishing-related you might have to cover is fuel charges for longer trips, but the captains recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a hat, sunscreen and polarized sunglasses. Consider bringing a camera or video recorder to take pictures or videos of your fun time onboard.
There are many spots on the Texas Gulf Coast that Texas Saltwater Adventures fishes out of, so no matter where you are vacationing, they are easy to find. When you spend a day with them on the Texas water, you will have memories that will last a lifetime.
