Outer Banks Fishing Charter’s “Kryptonite” is a custom-built 31-footer powered by a Suzuki engine and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your day fishing comfortable. It is designed to ride on the high seas and in shallow water. It has a fish box and livewell, 20+ rod and reel capacity, and state-of-the-art electronics to ensure you will have no trouble finding the best spots. You can relax in its full cabin after a long day or to escape the heat , while Captain Tim spots fish from its elevated tower – an added advantage.

Outer Banks Fishing Charters target a variety of inshore and offshore species. Inshore anglers can expect to catch trout, drum, flounder, blues, Spanish mackerel, sheepshead, croaker and spot. You can target Spanish mackerel, cobia, king mackerel, amberjack, shark, blues and triggers on ocean trips. All of these species are abundant in the Outer Banks waters. They offer a diverse experience for fishermen, whether they are seasoned or novices.

Outer Banks Fishing Charters offer a variety of fishing techniques to help guests catch their desired species. These include bottom fishing, deep sea fishing, drift fishing, jigging, trolling and light tackle/sight casting. With an experienced, knowledgeable Captain, guests can learn the best methods for each technique and use the correct bait or lures to attract fish.

OBFC offers different charters for anglers of all skill levels. Choose from 4-8 hour Sound/Inlet Inshore trips or Ocean/Inlet Offshore excursions (6 person max), Backwater Flats shallow water adventure (2 person max) and Kids Trips (2 & 4-hour options, 6 children max).
