Mate Chris donates his time to “Heroes on the Water” and brings a calm, supportive presence on board. Mate Brendon, a saltwater fly fishing fan, works closely with “Hooked on Hope VB” and is working toward becoming a captain himself.

Kraken Charters runs trips out of Norfolk on a 1999 32-foot Pursuit vessel called The Kraken. This boat is equipped with twin Cummins 4BTA 250 horsepower engines and cruises comfortably at around 23 knots.
