Jersey Boy Charter’s fishing fleet consists of two vessels: the Jersey Boy, a 34′ Sea-Lion and the Improvise, a 45′ Provincial. Both boast state-of-the-art electronics, live wells, ice boxes and more. The Sea-Lion is powered by three 300hp Suzuki engines and can reach up to 45 knots for a faster trip to the fishing grounds. The Provincial offers a 625hp Volvo engine and a fighting chair, beds and a bathroom — perfect for overnight trips to the Canyons or longer journeys out at sea.

Jersey Boy Charters’ fishing fleet offers an abundance of catches. Flounder, Sea Bass and Sharks can be found swimming off the coasts of New Jersey, while Mahi Mahi, Tuna and Swordfish commonly inhabit the ocean depths. Other popular catches include Sea Trout, Red Drum, Mackerel, Cod, Tilefish and Marlin – a prized game fish highly sought after by anglers. With Jersey Boy, you’ll have a productive day out on the open water!
Jersey Boy Charters offers a range of charters for any angling needs. Choose from four-hour inshore and offshore trips for many types of fish. Or take a flounder, or sea bass or mahi mahi/tuna 8-hour charter. For hardcore fishermen, longer trips out to the canyons are available with 15 to 30 hours of fishing time for trophy tuna, swordfish and other deep-water species. Shark trips are also available, offering the chance to catch some monsters!
And for those who want to get on the water, experience an unforgettable three-hour sunset cruise along the east coast and soak in the majestic scenery. Relax and enjoy the incredible sights of nature while creating timeless memories to last a lifetime.

When you book a charter with Jersey Boy Charters, we’ve got you covered. All fishing gear–top-line rods and reels, a wide variety of tackle, and live bait–is included. Remember to bring rain gear, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and your camera to make the most of your trip. We also provide water and an ice cooler; feel free to pack drinks or your own snacks for lunch. Remember that appropriate clothing for the weather is key! Licenses are included, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience! After a successful day spent fishing, we will clean and bag your catch so you can take home a delicious dinner.
