Got Stryper Charters, located at 43 Chatfield Lane in West Chatham, Massachusetts, offers fishing trips across Cape Cod’s waters from April through December. With options for both inshore and offshore trips, the operation caters to all skill levels, including families looking for a fun day on the water. Depending on the season, anglers can target striped bass, bluefish, tuna, bonito, false albacore, black sea bass, fluke, and more. Inshore trips are available for half or full days, while offshore trips are typically full-day adventures. All charters include bait, tackle, ice, licenses, and fuel. To ensure safety and comfort, larger groups are encouraged to book the 32-foot Andros. Hard liquor, glass containers, illegal drugs, and aerosol sunblock are not permitted on board.

Captain Alan founded Got Stryper Charters in 2004 at the age of twenty-two and has been running it full-time ever since. He grew up fishing the waters around Monomoy and expanded his knowledge by exploring areas from the Brewster Flats to east of Chatham. His experience studying tides, moon phases, and weather patterns has helped him guide anglers to productive fishing spots across Cape Cod.

Captain Jason LaMagna, a 100-Ton USCG Masters Captain, has over 40 years of fishing experience throughout Cape Cod. He caught his first striped bass at five years old and has been dedicated to fishing ever since, both recreationally and commercially. His knowledge of Cape Cod Bay, Barnstable Harbor, Nantucket Sound, and Chatham ensures that each trip is well-planned and productive.

Captain Ron Deaso is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and a retired member of the New York City Fire Department. A lifelong fisherman, he has spent years pursuing both recreational and commercial fishing around Cape Cod. His experience and dedication make him a strong addition to the Got Stryper Charters team.

The inshore fishing trips focus on catching species like striped bass, bluefish, black sea bass, fluke, and bonito. Half-day inshore trips typically last four hours, while six-hour charters allow for more time on the water, accommodating up to four adults with an option to add two more for an additional fee. Full-day inshore trips offer an extended opportunity to explore multiple fishing spots. Offshore fishing trips are full-day excursions designed for those targeting larger fish, including bluefin tuna, false albacore, and other pelagic species. Since reaching prime offshore fishing grounds takes time, these trips provide a full day of deep-sea fishing.

Got Stryper Charters operates two boats: a 26-foot SeaVee and a 32-foot Andros. The SeaVee is well-suited for inshore trips and comfortably accommodates up to four anglers. Its trailerable design allows flexibility in launching from different locations to access the best fishing grounds. The Andros is a larger vessel that offers more space and a smoother ride, making it a better choice for bigger groups and longer offshore trips such as tuna fishing. Both boats are fully outfitted with high-quality fishing gear, bait, tackle, ice, and the necessary licenses for a hassle-free trip.
